The word somatic comes from the Greek word soma, meaning the living body in its wholeness. Somatic Coaching focuses on embodied presence. It helps you reconnect more fully and gain clarity.
Through gentle, neuroscience-based somatic practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we create space to meet what lies beneath the surface. You step out of daily pressure. Slow down. And tune into what matters most. This opens the door to greater ease and unfolding new possibilities.

Trauma Recovery & Resilience building
with Havening Techniques®
Traumatic, stressful, and overwhelming experiences can stay in the body and mind. Havening is a gentle, science-based method. It helps calm the nervous system. Havening also reduces the emotional impact of these experiences. It supports recovery from emotional distress related to:
- Traumatic experiences
- Fear, worry, stress, overwhelm, and panic
- Grief and loss
- Anxiety, including performance and test anxiety
Havening helps build resilience. As a result, it supports feelings of hope, relief, possibility, and wellbeing.
Integrative Body Therapy & Healing
This method focuses on the connection between the mind, emotions, energy, and physical body.
Recurring worries, fears, and frustrations can keep the nervous system stuck in fight, flight, or collapse. Over time, this may create blocks that show up as physical symptoms in the body.
We combine therapeutic dialogue with manual techniques, organ massage, and fascial release. In addition, we include energy healing and breath-work to help release tension, stress, and blockages.
This process allows what is ready to be released to let go. It restores life force and brings greater inner balance.
