About Michelle Nardone
With over 20 years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching adults and young creative professionals, I support clients in navigating their lives with trust and purpose.
My expertise includes developing leadership skills, uncovering the root causes of stress and anxiety, building resilience, and fostering meaningful relationships and transitions. Clients value the safe, compassionate space we create together—one where genuine transformation can unfold.
Drawing on neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and trauma-informed stress release, I help clients move through challenges, restore balance, and cultivate emotional well-being. My work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find greater ease and possibility.

I have been shaped by many transformations—continually learning, practicing, and deepening my understanding of the intricate connections between body, mind, and spirit.
I was born on the coast of Rhode Island, where a deep connection to nature first took root. After a near-death accident in my youth, I instinctively turned to embodiment practices, wisdom traditions, and the creative arts to rediscover a sense of safety and meaning—long before I had words like trauma or healing.
As a young mother, I moved to California and immersed myself in early childhood education through the Montessori philosophy, sparking a lifelong passion for holistic, whole-person learning.
In 2002, after a year of travel abroad, I settled in Denmark and led the development of the country’s first bachelor’s degree in Animation. For over a decade, I had the joy, empathy, and discipline to support hundreds of artists in finding their creative voices while building and leading diverse teams through complex, ever-changing landscapes—work I loved deeply.
Yet over time, a quiet inner calling grew. I chose to follow it, not knowing exactly where it would lead. That path brought me back to the body & the unseen, through deeper study: neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and shamanic practices, trauma release and resilience building methods, and developmental patterns through the Enneagram and Human Design.

In 2021, I founded Your Unfolding Self—a space to explore your inner landscape with curiosity, compassion, and courage. A way to move forward with a greater sense of wholeness and well-being.
I believe each of us carries a unique gift, often hidden beneath who we were taught to be. My work invites you to slow down, listen within, and welcome how life wants to unfold through you.
I look forward to meeting you.
Warmly,
Michelle
