Hi, I’m Michelle Nardone. My heartfelt purpose is to empower you to move forward with greater well-being and a deeper trust in yourself and whatever may come. Grounded in mind–body integration, my approach draws on somatic practices, neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed stress release. Ways I support my clients:
