Group & Corporate Experiences
I have been attending Michelle’s yogaclass for 3 years. There are different focuses and themes each time, which makes it exciting. She is good at guiding in performing the exercises correctly and has an eye for the individual’s level, where she makes suggestions to make the poses harder or easier as needed. In addition, Michelle is also good at ensuring that everyone feels welcome and has a successful experience every time. Going to yoga with Michelle is a break from everyday life, where we focus on ourselves, our vision and the well-being of the body. Michelle is a wonderful and inspiring teacher who gives a lot to her students.

I have struggled with pain in my back, shoulders, and neck for many years and tried almost everything, including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, reflexology, and cranio-sacral therapy, with little lasting effect. I came across Michelle’s yoga and decided to give it a try. After just the second session, I felt a difference.
I began to notice warmth in my body, as if circulation had improved in my back, hands, and feet. The numbness in my arms and legs also disappeared. My breathing has improved significantly. It felt restricted before, but now my lungs feel more open and I can breathe more fully.The experience has exceeded my expectations.
